Payment of monthly membership fee

You will become a member from the day you apply. Payment will be automatically charged and credit card charged every month from that day onwards (for example, if the payment is on January 17th, the withdrawal date will be the 17th of each month).

Cancellation of membership

You can cancel your membership at any time. Please contact us by email.
If you cancel your membership, you will no longer be able to use member-only content or discounts from the time of cancellation. If you are using services such as fitting services, you cannot cancel your membership until the end of the service (end of the fitting period).
Once paid, membership fees are non-refundable for any reason.

Using the Services

Personal information policy Complies with the policy set by our EC . We will not use any of the customer information we obtain for services other than those within the weavearth shop. We will not use or transfer information to other companies.

Regarding complaints about various services

If any trouble occurs between our company and our members, we will sincerely seek a resolution from both sides. However, we cannot accept monetary settlements that exceed the value of the product (sales and service price). In addition, accidents caused by user handling are also not covered.

Nuisance behavior

We may forcibly ask anyone who engages in malicious harassment or stalking to leave the community. Any behavior that does not maintain the health of the community will be dealt with in the same way. In cases where there are legal issues, we may seek to resolve the matter through experts (lawyers, etc.), including seeking compensation.

Various services available to members are (currently) only available within Japan.
