Eligible Products
This applies to weavearth Wear products (everyday items are not included, but please feel free to contact us with any inquiries).
Time period <br/>Usually takes 1 to 4 weeks (depending on the repair content). -
Postage
Shipping costs for sending the product to be repaired will be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs for returning the repaired product to you: We will cover this cost, so there is no charge to the customer.

Cost
Repair costs vary depending on the repair content. We expect it to cost around 800 to 3000 yen.
We will cover up to 50% of repair costs for members of the GOP Owners Community.
* We will consult with you and inform you of the specific repair costs, including our share, before we receive the product.
* For initial defects (quality defects that have existed since delivery), we will cover all shipping and repair costs, including product replacement. Please let us know first when you contact us. -
Method
Please contact us through the GOP Support Inquiry Desk. After receiving a consultation regarding repairs,
1) Repair it at a repair shop near your home.
In that case, we will give you a "prescription" (how to repair the product).
2) GOP Support will take the product in for repair (we will receive your request and details).

Shipping costs for returning the repaired product to us: We will cover this cost, so there is no charge to you.

Cost
The cost of alterations varies depending on the content and situation.
The cost is approximately ¥1,600 to ¥4,400.
GOP Support will cover up to 50% of the costs for members of the GOP Owners Community (ranging from ¥800 to ¥2200).
The amount you will be responsible for will be decided in consultation with us before we receive the item. -
Method
Please contact us and we will provide you with a consultation regarding alterations.
We will guide you through one of the following two methods.
1) Repair it at a repair shop near your home.At that time, we will give you a prescription (how to fix it).
2) Alterations will be taken to GOP Support (we will receive your request and details)
About repairs
"Repair" refers to repairing damaged stitching or fabric materials so that the item is usable again.
If you are considering repairs, please contact us first. In most cases, damage is likely due to tears or dirt, but as there are various types of damage, each case requires a separate decision. Therefore, we will consult with you and consider the best method.
If we do accept your item, we will let you know the time and cost involved.
After consultation, if we determine that the problem can be repaired by a "tailor" near your home, we will inform you of the procedure, and you may have to repair it yourself. This is because we take into consideration the considerable burden of logistics costs involved in storing and returning the item, as well as the CO2 and other environmental impacts that are generated. Thank you for your understanding.
About Alterations
"Alterations" mainly involve making corrections to size (adjusting sleeve length, length, etc.).
・The workload varies depending on the design, and therefore the cost also varies.
・If there is any problem that may damage the design, we will take appropriate action after notifying you in advance.
・There are cases where the nearest "tailor" can provide a more accurate and less expensive solution than if we were to take care of the item ourselves. In that case, we may recommend that you handle the problem yourself.
