Returns and Refunds

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

・Returns and exchanges due to product defects will only be accepted for unused products within 14 days of receipt. Please check the product contents as soon as possible after receiving the product.
・Please be sure to contact us at store@weav.earth before returning the item. When you do so, please provide the following information:

1. Name

2. Contact information (address and email address)

3. Product name

4. Reason for return

5. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please let us know.

・When returning the item, you can specify "cash on delivery" if you use "Yamato Transport". Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for other shipping methods.

・We will process the refund after receiving the above notification and the returned product . Payments by card are made on the closing date of the month, so we cannot process the refund on the same day. Please note that the process will be based on the card company's terms and conditions.
