This is a philosophy of "sharing" that transcends generations and begins with the product you pick up.
We offer a variety of member services to help you share our philosophy, including the ability to try on products in your own home.

Repairs and alterations
Learn moreIf your item is accidentally damaged or the fibers are worn out, we can repair it so you can continue to use it. We also offer support for adjusting the size of your item. We can take your item in for repair, or provide you with a recipe for repairing it.

Product purchase and refurbishment
Learn moreWe purchase or collect our products that are no longer suitable for use. Products that can still be used after repair or upcycling will be passed on to new owners. Products that have been used repeatedly are eventually returned to their "yarn" and prepared for the process of being reborn as woven or knitted fabrics.
Programs offered to Owners Community members
We offer a wide variety of service benefits to Owners Community members (partial coverage of repair and restoration costs, increased purchase rates, etc.).
Those who sign up will receive a pair of hemp socks (not for sale) as a souvenir.

If you have any concerns when trying on the item (such as the length or sleeve length), we can alter or customize the item before shipping it to you if you choose to purchase it.
