・クロネコヤマト便でお届けします。運賃はご発注の内容によって、出来る限り配送費用のご負担を軽減出来るように調整しております。そのため3種類の発送方法を利用しています。

１．ネコポス便ご利用の場合（最も小さな商品梱包）：￥300（国内一律）

２．コンパクトご利用の場合（中小の商品梱包）：￥500（北海道と沖縄他離島地域￥800）　　

３．通常便ご利用の場合（大きな商品や複数のご購入）：￥800（北海道と沖縄他離島地域￥1200）

￥10,000以上のお買上げは送料を無償になります（通常便でのお届け）

【ネコポス便】郵便ポストへの投函という形になります（配送者がお届けしません）。対象になる商品は比較的小さなもの（例：デイリークロス2枚程度、コーヒーフィルター3枚程度など）が複数点までを前提にしております。

【コンパクト便】配送者のお届けになります。ネコポス便で梱包が出来ない複数のお買上げ商品（デイリークロス3枚以上、コーヒーフィルター4枚以上）、バッグやタオル各種商品を前提としています。

【通常便】配送者のお届けになります。上記以外の場合、比較的大きな商品を贈る場合を前提にしています。

・梱包については、環境負荷を考慮して出来る限り簡易な方法で行っています。また石油由来資材を出来限り減らしております。ご理解を頂戴できますよう、何卒お願い申し上げます。

All prices for customers in the United States are displayed in USD (US dollars).

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Japan.

A flat-rate shipping fee will be added to your order at checkout.

US Shipping: USD 45

The shipping fee covers international transportation from Japan to the United States. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by U.S. authorities are not included in the shipping fee.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed when your order enters the United States are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges may be collected by the shipping carrier or customs authorities before or upon delivery.

The amount of duties and taxes may vary depending on the products ordered, their country of origin, tariff classification, order value, and applicable U.S. import regulations.

Because these charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and may change without notice, we are unable to provide a fixed estimate of the final amount of duties and taxes.

Customs Clearance

Customers are responsible for providing any information required for customs clearance and for paying any applicable import charges.

If additional information or payment is required by the carrier or customs authorities, delivery may be delayed until the required procedures are completed.

Please note that refusal to pay applicable import duties or taxes may result in the package being returned to Japan. Any additional shipping, return, or handling costs resulting from such refusal may be charged to the customer.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Please allow additional time for customs processing.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Returns

If you return an item from the United States, please note that any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges already paid to U.S. customs or the carrier may not be refundable by weavearth.

Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or we have made an error with your order.

U.S. customs regulations, tariffs, duties, taxes, and import requirements may change without notice. weavearth cannot guarantee the amount of any import duties or taxes that may be assessed on your order.
